Refund and Cancellation Policy
Overview
House of Hyperbaric offers annual paid directory listings for eligible hyperbaric oxygen therapy centers, wound care programs, hospitals, outpatient clinics, specialty practices, and related clinical organizations.
Directory listings are billed at $100 per year and renew automatically each year unless canceled before the renewal date.
Because directory listings are a digital/service-based offering and not a physical product, returns, exchanges, shipping returns, and product replacement policies do not apply.
Directory Listing Review
Payment for a directory listing does not guarantee publication. All submitted listings are subject to review by House of Hyperbaric before being added to the directory.
House of Hyperbaric reserves the right to review, edit, approve, decline, or remove listings at its discretion, including listings that are incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, duplicative, unrelated to hyperbaric medicine or wound care, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the directory.
If additional information is needed to review your listing, House of Hyperbaric may contact the person or organization listed in the submission.
Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds may be considered if:

A listing was purchased in error.

A duplicate listing payment was made.

A submitted location is determined by House of Hyperbaric to be ineligible for inclusion in the directory.

House of Hyperbaric is unable to process or review the submitted listing.
Refunds may not be available once a listing has been reviewed, approved, and published in the directory.
House of Hyperbaric does not guarantee referral volume, patient inquiries, search visibility, website traffic, or business results from a paid directory listing. Lack of inquiries, referrals, traffic, or business results is not grounds for a refund.
Automatic Renewals
Annual directory listings renew automatically each year using the payment method provided at checkout unless canceled before the renewal date.
The renewal amount is $100 per year, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or renewal.
It is the customer’s responsibility to keep payment and account information current. If a renewal payment fails, the listing may be suspended, unpublished, or removed until payment is successfully completed.
Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next renewal date.
Canceling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically refund payments that have already been processed.
If you cancel after a renewal payment has been processed, the renewal payment may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by House of Hyperbaric at its discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has been approved but has not appeared in your account, first check with your bank or credit card provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

No Physical Returns or Exchanges
House of Hyperbaric directory listings are digital/service-based offerings. No physical goods are shipped.
Because of this:

There are no product returns.

There are no shipping charges.

There are no return shipping requirements.

Gift returns do not apply.
Listing Changes
Approved directory listings may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in facility information, services, contact details, or other relevant listing content.

House of Hyperbaric may review requested changes before publishing them.
Removal of Listings
House of Hyperbaric reserves the right to remove, suspend, or decline a listing if the listing information is inaccurate, outdated, misleading, incomplete, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the purpose of the directory.
Removal of a listing due to inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate submission information may not qualify for a refund.
